All units are Non-Smoking and include electric heat and fresh linens. Kitchenettes include dishes, flatware, pots and pans. Basic cooking utensils, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and toaster.

Bathrooms have showers and fresh towels daily.

Confirmation of your reservation will be sent upon receipt of deposit for one day's rental.

Rates subject to current Maine lodging tax.

We do accept well behaved pets. No pets are to be left alone. A $30 charge per stay for a pet, regardless of length of stay.

We must have a THREE day notice in order to refund deposits. **Deposits are non-refundable for cancelations during July, August & September.**
